Jesse Jones

Jesse Jones is well known across Washington State as a longtime advocate and trusted voice for the people

Jones, an award-winning consumer investigative reporter, is nationally recognized for results-driven journalism that sparked change at the local, state and federal levels for more than three decades. Jesse earned multiple Emmy awards for his reporting and was a member of a team that was a finalist for a Pulitzer Prize in 2024. Jesse was also chosen to represent the 2024 class of the Northwest Chapter of National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Silver Circle Award.

Jesse has brought his passion and energy into state government and since been appointed by Governor Bob Ferguson as Director of Your Washington (former Results Washington). In this newly appointed role, he is focused on building stronger teams, fostering collaboration, and driving meaningful change that directly impact communities across our state.

Jesse’s dedication to service and his ability to bring people together make him a powerful champion for Washingtonians. He continues to inspire others with his belief that teamwork and accountability can create real, lasting results.
