Sean Devlin is a Senior Loan Officer at Evergreen Business Capital covering the South Sound territory. He focuses on partnering with local lenders and small business owners to assist them in the purchase of real estate and equipment through the SBA 504 program. Sean has been with Evergreen for over eight years including stops in the servicing, closing and credit departments. As an underwriter, he worked on projects in the SBA 504, Community Advantage and IRP loan programs assisting established businesses to startups and everything in between. Sean is a Chicago native but has lived in the Seattle area since 2016. He received his degree in Public Finance from Indiana University.
